Your bottom line will benefit from everything we do. ...about using our Clad-Tech™ C300TC Tungsten Carbide Matrix on pulverizer Grinding Rolls and Bull Ring Segments - more than double the wear life!Our Clad-Tech™ C300TC is a patented resurfacing weld overlay process that utilizes a special matrix of tungsten carbide and weld overlay material applied to the high-wear areas of Grinding Rolls for vertical spindle mill coal pulverizers. The Cladding Technology "Clad-Tech™" process starts out similar to the standard hard-facing overlay processes performed by other suppliers. Worn Grinding Rolls are rebuilt to the original OEM's dimensions using our Clad-Tech™ C100S wire for the weld overlay. After the roll is rebuilt, a series of concentric grooves are cut into the roll surface in the high-wear areas of the roll's grinding surface. The grooves are then filled with a matrix that consists of a combination of a special weld overlay material and tungsten carbide chips. This same matrix can also be applied to Pulverizer Bull Ring Segments.
