Cladding Technology has three main areas of expertise:
- The rebuilding and then application of Mr.Don Hannu's patented
process, of the use of tungsten carbide, has now been adapted to
coal pulverlizer rolls. This process gives more than double the life
of any previous rebuilding that has been done -- Guaranteed!

- The repair and hardsurfacing of pipe elbows from different industries that have been subject to destructive wear. These elbows may be from 10" (254 mm) on up to any size and any degree of bend.
- The hardsurfacing of rock crusher parts. Specifically, cone crusher liners and gyratory crushers. Mr. Don Hannu, the president of Cladding Technology, holds a U.S. patent on the process of hardsurfacing rock crusher liners and gyratorys using tungsten carbide and has successfully given from 50% additional life on large gyratory crushers to as much as 300% additional life on smaller cone crushers such as the AC500.
