BPS / Cladding Technology has two main areas of expertise:

• The rebuilding and then application of our patented Tungsten Carbide Matrix weld overlay process, has now been adapted to coal Pulverizer Grinding Rolls and Bull Ring Segments. Our patented Clad-Tech™ C300TC weld overlay process will provide more than twice the wear life of previously experienced wear life.  -- Guaranteed! In addition, we offer other overlay materials for less abrasive coals.

• The hardsurfacing of rock crusher parts. Specifically, cone crusher liners and gyratory crushers. We hold a U.S. patent on the process of hardsurfacing rock crusher liners and gyratorys using tungsten carbide. This process has resulted in 50% additional life on large gyratory crushers to as much as 300% additional life on smaller cone crushers such as the AC500.
